The Med Fanny features a full-clamshell opening, allowing the kit to lay completely flat. This gives you an immediate, bird’s-eye view of your entire inventory, preventing the "digging" effect common in traditional pouches.

• Modular Interior: Lined with loop Velcro, the main compartment includes removable elastic straps. Customize the tension and placement to secure your specific gauze, pressure bandages, or meds.
